Processing/Shipping
We ship orders Monday-Friday.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed although most items go out immediately it may vary.
Expedited shipping is available, make sure to check out with the correct option.
Due to worldwide issues, items may, be but not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience PRAV-ers!
Note: Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent after each order has been placed.
Damaged/Lost Packages
We inspect each and every order upon packaging products, to ensure the best quality. Once items are shipped PRAV is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at support@shopprav.com. If you do not contact PRAV within 24 hours of placing your order with the correct address after receiving a confirmation email, items will be shipped to the address on file.
Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however, you failed to receive it, you will have to contact the United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands - Number to call: 1(800)275-8777.
