Incorrect/Missing Items

We are still a small business and we are not perfect, so mistakes do happen but here at PRAV, we do take full responsibility. If you have received wrong or missing items please contact us at with your name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue, and make the necessary corrections. We (PRAV) appreciate Your support and trust. 

Refunds/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have received the wrong item if so contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used to be considered for any exchange.
